How long does it take to arrive at my door?
As our suppliers are international , it means we have to ship your items through plane/boat . This means it usually takes 7-14 days to arrive at your door . This is industry standard for international shipping and we assure you its worth the wait :)
HOWÂ CAN I GET MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Tracking information is available within 5-10 days. Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been shipped. You will get an email shipping confirmation with the tracking number. If you did not receive any message from us, please contact our support team at contact us page.Â
CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.
PROCESSING TIME
The order processing time might take up to 3 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Â
DELAYS
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen. Â
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :)
Parcels that are returned to us.
If your item is not collected from your local carrier or post office after they failed to deliver your item. Then It usually get's sent back to out supplier. In this case we then try ask suppliers to send it back to customer address but this incurs extra fees for us and may not happen.
DO I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Unfortunately, Lashhuggers has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
